For the period July- August 2013 Naberezhnochelninskaya zonal Housing Inspectorate inspected perform a number of management companies Naberezhnye Chelny housing law requirements for disclosure of information in the activities in the area of the apartment blocks .
During the verification of the requirements defined in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.09.2010 , № 731 " On approval of the disclosure standards organizations involved in the management of apartment houses" in the building ( offices ) management companies in terms of placing information at the information booth , site management organization is established that the information is not fully disclosed.
According to the results of inspections to administrative liability under Part 1 of the Administrative Code st.7.23.1 involved officers and one legal entity . The total amount of fines imposed amounted to 340,000 rubles.
Note in accordance with Part 1 of Art . 7.23.1 Administrative Code , breach of organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in the area of the apartment blocks on the basis of management contracts , setting standards of disclosure order, methods or timing of the disclosure , or disclosure is not in full, or provision of false information shall be sanctioned an administrative fine on officials in the amount of thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - from two hundred and fifty thousand to three hundred thousand.
